Conference Registration

You can pay the conference registration fees with a credit card or wire transfer. Registration fees will be processed in USD. All participants must pay the applicable registration fees. The registration fee does NOT include hotel accommodation and transportation.   AICCSA requires at least one registration per accepted paper. A discounted conference registration fee is available for Researchers from North Africa and students.  

If your paper is multi-authored and more than one author will attend the conference, each attending author needs to register separately and pay individual registration fees separately.

Authors with more than one accepted paper must register for each paper seperately.

Student discount is available for the following cases:

  • -> Student has no submission to the conference
  • -> Student is the sole author for a submission

Students must present a valid student identification card issued by an institute of higher education on the first day of conference.

Discount for Researchers from North Africa is available for the following case:

  • -> Researcher must be affiliated with an institute of higher education located in North  Africa.

Researchers from North Africa must present a proof of their affiliation on the first day of conference.

You will be provided options to register for tutorials during the online registration process. We prefer you register to the conference through online registration system.

Registration Policy for Track Chairs

  • -> Track chairs presenting exactly one paper: No registration fee. Please select Track Chairs – One paper option in online registration system.
  • -> Track chairs presenting more than one paper: No fee for the first paper. However, you should pay the appropriate registration fee for the remaining papers. Please select Track Chairs – Multiple Papers option in the registration system. Please note that you should register separately for papers 2,3,… at the appropriate fee.
  • -> Track chairs not presenting a paper: Same rate as North African Researchers. Please select Track Chairs – No paper in online registration system.

Tutorials Registration

You may register for tutorials without registering for the conference. Please select the last option in conference registration form for tutorial only registration. Each tutorial is available for $150. Students are offered a a discounted tutorial registration fee,$75, per tutorial.

We strongly recommend you to fill out online registration form even if you plan to make payment by wire. This will help us to process your wire payments faster. Note that those of you that pay the fees by wire can NOT complete the online registration. It is fine. We just need your name, email address, and registration type to process your wire payment.  International bank wire may take some time.  We’ll send you a confirmation once the funds are in our bank account. Please send a scanned copy of the wire transfer issued by the bank to ferdi@eruysal.net. Please put your paper id and your name in the subject line in your emails.   Those paying with credit card should get confirmation immediately. You can use the link provided below to register for conference and tutorials.
